These terms govern your use of IPTivimate. By subscribing you agree to them. This is a general template and should be reviewed by a legal professional before publication.

The service

IPTivimate provides a streaming application and access service. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service on your own devices within the limits of your chosen plan.

Acceptable use

• Do not share your login credentials publicly or resell access.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws and licensing rules in your region.

Plans and billing

You pay for the plan and term you select at checkout. Prices are shown before you confirm. We do not silently auto-renew; we remind you before a term ends.

Availability

We work to keep the service available at all times and target 99.9% uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for outages outside our reasonable control.

Termination

We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. You may stop using the service at any time; refunds are handled under our refund policy.
