We want you to be happy with IPTivimate. This page explains our money-back guarantee. It is a general template and should be reviewed by a legal professional before publication.

7-day money-back guarantee

Every plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the service isn't right for you, request a refund within seven days of your purchase and we'll return your payment.

How to request a refund

1. Email billing@iptivimate.net from the address on your order.
2. Include your order reference and a brief note on the issue.
3. We aim to process eligible refunds within a few business days.

What's covered

The guarantee covers first-time purchases within the 7-day window. We'll always try to fix a technical problem first, but if you'd still prefer a refund inside the window, that's your choice.

Exceptions

Requests made after the 7-day window, or where there's clear evidence of abuse of the guarantee, may fall outside the policy. We review every request fairly and individually.
